Seed Spot คือช่องที่รับประกันว่าจะให้เมล็ดพืช 2-3 เมล็ดเมื่อขุดด้วย Hoe (เครื่องมืออื่นใช้ไม่ได้) ค่า luck ประจำวันมีผลต่อจำนวนเมล็ดพืชที่ได้รับ[1] Seed Spots สามารถพบได้ในช่องที่สามารถไถพรวนได้ (แต่ยังไม่ได้เพาะปลูก) ทั่วแผนที่ใน Stardew Valley (รวมถึง Ginger Island) มีโอกาส 16.6% ที่จะเกิดแทนที่ Artifact Spots ในบางพื้นที่[2]
